A flyover by military helicopters and fighter jets marked the start of three security trade fairs at the Brno Exhibition Centre, led by the IDET defence fair. These are the largest in history, with 650 companies from 34 countries participating. The topic of defense and security is more relevant than ever, said President Petr Pavel at the opening. According to him, the security situation in the world and the effects of climate change show that there will be no shortage of crises and conflicts.
